Description
LN2 vertical cryogenic storage tank is a pressure vessel with thermal insulation performance of vacuum powder. The quality of the storage tank mainly depends on the vacuum degree of its interlayer. Therefore, abnormal problems in cryogenic liquid storage tanks are often related to the quality of vacuum. Precautions
The cryogenic liquid nitrogen storage tank is a pressure vessel for holding liquid nitrogen, and it is not allowed to hold other liquids. Before filling the liquid nitrogen tank with liquid nitrogen, check whether the shell is dented and whether the vacuum exhaust port is in good condition. If it is damaged, the vacuum degree will be reduced. In severe cases, the air intake will not be able to keep warm. At this time, the upper part of the storage tank will be frosted, the loss of liquid nitrogen will increase, and the value of continued use will be lost. Next, check whether the interior of the low-temperature storage tank is clean and dry. If there is foreign matter, it needs to be removed to prevent the liner from being corroded.
