Description
The coil type heat exchanger consists of upper and lower end caps, an outer cylinder, a steam inlet pipe, a condensate outlet pipe and a floating coil tube bundle. The upper and lower end caps, the outer cylinder are made of high-quality carbon steel, and the floating coil tube bundle is made of red copper tubes after multiple forming.

Precautions for use
1. The heat medium of the coil heat exchanger is steam or high and low temperature softened hot water, and the type of heat medium should be indicated when selecting. The tank body is made of stainless steel, carbon steel, carbon steel lining stainless steel, carbon steel lining copper and other materials, and the floating coil is T2 copper tube.
2. The coil type heat exchanger must be equipped with safety devices, the opening pressure of the safety valve should not exceed the design pressure (it should be stated when ordering the safety valve), and the installation and use of the safety valve should comply with the regulations. The heat exchanger should be equipped with a pressure expansion tank to withstand the expansion of the water in the tank and the system, and at the same time play the role of system voltage stabilization.
3. When steam is the heat medium, it is recommended that the pressure should be Pt≤0.4MPa, and there is no need to set a trap on the condensate outlet pipe. When Pt>0.4MPa, a trap should be set.
