Note for use of double tube-plate heat exchanger
1, when a medium mixed with another medium, cause catalyst poisoning;
2. Mixing of tube side and shell side medium will cause polymerization or formation of resinous substances;
3, the mixing of tube side and shell side medium will cause the termination or limitation of chemical reaction;
4, when the tube side and shell side two medium phase mixing will cause serious corrosion;
5, one side is extremely or highly harmful medium infiltration into the other side will cause serious consequences;
6, when the tube side and shell side medium mixed after the two media will cause combustion or explosion;
7, pipe side and shell side medium mixed, resulting in product pollution or product quality decline.
