VPSA (Vacuum Pressure Swing Adsorption) oxygen production equipment utilizes an advanced adsorptive gas separation technology. It separates nitrogen and moisture from the air, efficiently producing oxygen with a purity of 80% to 95%. VPSA oxygen production equipment plays a significant role in traditional industries such as steel, glass fiber and special materials, papermaking, wastewater treatment, cement, ceramics, and glass furnaces, as well as in non-ferrous smelting, solid waste recycling, and other fields.
GNEE has developed a VPSA process flow suitable for high-speed centrifugal blowers, applying the technology of high-speed direct-connected centrifugal blowers to VPSA oxygen production equipment, reducing equipment wear and effectively extending equipment life.
GNEE's VPSA oxygen production equipment is an energy-saving and environmentally friendly product. Compared to traditional technologies, the blower and vacuum pump can save energy by 8-12%, with low noise and intelligent control, reducing the overall cost of equipment oxygen production.

The operation of VPSA oxygen generator is based on mature and reliable technology. It uses zeolite molecular sieve (ZMS) and vacuum regeneration system. The whole process can be divided into three main stages: purification, adsorption and desorption.
1.Purification stage
The first step in oxygen production is to purify the ambient (inlet) air. The air is first filtered to remove impurities and then moderately compressed by the fan system. This pretreatment ensures that the air entering the subsequent stage is clean and meets the requirements of oxygen extraction.
2.Adsorption stage
The pretreated air enters a container containing zeolite. Zeolite is a highly porous material with a unique structure that enables it to selectively adsorb nitrogen molecules while allowing oxygen molecules to pass through. As the air flows through the container, the zeolite further removes residual moisture and carbon dioxide and adsorbs nitrogen, eventually producing oxygen-rich gas that is discharged from the container outlet. Before the adsorption capacity of the zeolite is exhausted, the adsorption process will be interrupted to prevent saturation and ensure continuous and stable operation.
3.Desorption stage
When the zeolite is saturated with nitrogen, it needs to be regenerated to restore its adsorption capacity. The desorption process is achieved by reducing the pressure to below the adsorption pressure. The dry-running vacuum pump generates a vacuum, which releases the nitrogen and other gases adsorbed on the zeolite, and the resulting waste gas is discharged into the atmosphere. To ensure a continuous supply of oxygen, a buffer tank is installed in the system, and the cycle of purification, adsorption and desorption is carried out continuously.
