1. Stable and reliable, ensuring safety.
GNEE strictly follows the <<GB50030 Oxygen Plant Design Specifications>> or ASME standard to design and construct oxygen stations.
2. High reliability. Based on the RCM (Reliability-Centered Maintenance) strategy, GNEE combines project construction and operational experience to manage the entire process from equipment installation to production operation. Utilizing FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) and historical fault data analysis, it carries out preventive and predictive maintenance of equipment.
3. Highly automated control and remote monitoring. GNEE's VPSA device can be automatically operated through PLC and configuration systems, with reliability sufficient to support unmanned operation at the operating site. Remote monitoring software is used to achieve remote monitoring and operation of the device, ensuring equipment reliability.
4. Liquid backup system supply. For customers who require uninterrupted oxygen supply around the clock, GNEE typically equips them with a liquid oxygen backup system to ensure 100% oxygen supply.
5. Mature design. GNEE has a professional product technology R&D team. The VPSA process used by GNEE employs LiSX type molecular sieves (lithium-based molecular sieves), with vacuum pumps configured for regeneration use.
6. High-level project execution capability. The GNEE's VPSA team possesses extensive experience in the design, construction, and operation and maintenance of oxygen stations.
