VPSA Oxygen Generator adopts the principle of pressure swing adsorption, and zeolite molecular sieve is used as the adsorbent. Due to the selective adsorption characteristics of zeolite molecular sieve, nitrogen is adsorbed in large quantities by zeolite molecular sieve, while oxygen is enriched in the gas phase, thus achieving nitrogen-oxygen separation under the action of pressure swing adsorption. It adopts a two-adsorption-tower process: one tower adsorbs oxygen, and the other tower performs desorption and regeneration under negative pressure. The opening and closing of the pneumatic valve are controlled by the PLC intelligent program, so that the two towers cycle alternately and continuously produce high-quality oxygen.
