Working Principle

The filtered air is conveyed by the blower and enters the adsorption tower A or B which is equipped with molecular sieves and activated alumina. When the air flows through the fixed bed layer of molecular sieves inside the tower, the nitrogen molecules in the air diffuse into the solid of the molecular sieve under the adsorption force. The oxygen molecules and nitrogen atoms then pass through the bed layer to the buffer tank and are pressurized by the oxygen compressor to the user's usage pressure, and then sent to the storage tank for user's use.

After a period of adsorption, the molecular sieve particles are filled with nitrogen molecules, reaching the saturation stage of adsorption. At this point, the air inlet valve is closed, and the oxygen-rich air in the tower is used to flush the other tower that has just been evacuated of air.

When the pressure drops to a certain value, the equal pressure valve is closed, and at the same time, the vacuum pump inlet valve is opened to evacuate the vacuum from the tower.

After reaching a certain vacuum level, the oxygen-rich gas from another tower and a portion of the product gas from the middle section of the buffer tank are used to flush the molecular sieve, thereby completely desorbing the adsorbent. After the desorption process of the adsorbent is completed, the tower is pressurized with the product gas. When the pressure reaches a certain low vacuum level, the buffer valve is closed, and the outlet valve of the blower is opened to pressurize the adsorption tower, preparing for the next adsorption process.
